About
I manage operations and lead digitalisation at a Swiss linear motor manufacturer, overseeing procurement, production planning, and ERP systems end-to-end. My current focus is deploying AI into core business workflows and driving continuous improvement as a Six Sigma Black Belt candidate. Through my own consultancy, I build fixed-scope automation tools for Swiss SMEs.
What I Do
I redesign operational workflows using value stream mapping, reducing lead times, costs, and inventory across procurement, production, and logistics. Every change is grounded in measured data, not assumptions.
I implement and manage ERP systems end-to-end — from master data architecture to cross-site integration between Swiss and international entities. This includes mobile data capture, automated customs processing, and interface development.
I build production-grade automation that connects AI models to existing business systems. Current implementations include automated document processing with OCR and LLMs, and full pipeline integration into ERP.
I apply Six Sigma DMAIC methodology to identify root causes and eliminate process variation. Focus areas include production data analysis, article complexity reduction, and measurable quality improvements.
Selected Work
Built an end-to-end system that ingests supplier invoices via IMAP, extracts structured data using OCR and LLMs, and writes validated records directly into the company ERP. Runs autonomously in production, generating measurable annual cost savings.
Digitised the internal ordering process and automated customs handling between Swiss headquarters and US operations at a linear motor manufacturer. Reduced lead times by 67% and errors by 86%, significantly improving delivery reliability for end customers.
Led a full value stream analysis across production and logistics, conducted in collaboration with ZHAW. Achieved 90% reduction in lead times and 16% reduction in throughput costs, with measurable inventory reductions across multiple process stages.
Designed and implemented a warehouse management system following a company relocation, establishing 18 storage locations with 1717 indexed slots. Introduced mobile data capture across all logistics workflows, reducing inventory errors and processing costs.
Designed and deployed a multi-bot paper-trading pipeline that generates ML-based signals, validates them through an independent sentinel layer, and executes trades via broker API. Currently in a 90-day production freeze for out-of-sample validation.
