How long does a typical project take?
Most projects go from kickoff to production in 4–8 weeks. I work in fixed-scope sprints — you know the timeline and cost before we start.
Do I need to change my ERP system?
No. I build automation around the systems you already have. Most of my work connects to existing ERPs, not replaces them.
What if it doesn't work?
We agree on exactly what gets delivered before I start. You only pay for working automation. I don't bill for discovery that goes nowhere.
I'm not technical — can I still work with you?
Yes. I handle the technical side end-to-end. You describe the process that's costing you time; I build the solution and hand it over running.
Do you work with companies outside Switzerland?
I work mostly with Swiss SMEs, but automation doesn't care about borders.
What happens after delivery?
You get a system you can adjust yourself — templates, settings, rules — without touching code. If you need changes beyond that, we scope a follow-up.
